Terms of Service

Welcome to Site Control. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our construction site management platform (“the Service”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Site Control provides tools for managing construction sites, including GPS check-ins, safety checklists, material requests, document management and compliance reporting. We provide the Service on an “as-is” basis with the reliability and care expected of a professional SaaS platform.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent your organisation to create an owner account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

3. Subscription and billing

Organisations pay a subscription to use the Service. Workers use the Service at no charge via the mobile app. Full pricing is available on our pricing page. Cancellation requires 28 days notice; your access continues during the notice period.

4. Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We process your data only to provide the Service and comply with applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t break the law, harm other users, attempt to bypass security controls, or upload malicious content. We can suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Control is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
