Cancelling, plainly
- During the trial
- Cancel any time during your trial at no charge. The trial ends straight away and your organisation becomes read-only until you subscribe.
- Monthly
- Cancel with 28 days' notice. You keep full access until then.
- Annual
- Paid upfront at £233.48 + VAT. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the year you paid for. Unused months aren't refunded.
- Afterwards
- Without a trial or subscription your organisation is read-only. Your records stay available, and there are no setup or exit fees.
